In an attempt to become more effective in doing our jobs, we are adopting some of the agile methods. About eight months ago, we started doing standups. With varying success, I might add. One of the things we added to the regular standup questions is "how confident are you about the current sprint?". This article is about how not to answer the question.

Thoughts on deploying with Ansible

In order to simplify our deployment procedure, we wrote a role in Ansible (we where using Capistrano before). The role is reasonably complete now and we've begun using it for projects in production.
